The U.S.-CAEF Enterprise Student Fellowship program provides financial need-based scholarships to academically qualified students of Central Asia for undergraduate studies in business administration at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Republic and KIMEP University, Almaty, Kazakhstan and in the field of economics (in a limited number of cases) at the AUCA only.
Applications for the U.S.-CAEF program are now available in a fillable PDF file for download at www.us-caef.americancouncilsnetwork.org. Please follow the application instructions carefully. Please contact the American Councils office in your home country with any questions about the program. Note: Citizens of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan must mail their documents to the American Councils office in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

IMPORTANT! In addition to the U.S.-CAEF application, you must also apply to AUCA or KIMEP University directly. American Councils does not apply to AUCA or KIMEP University on your behalf. We recommend that you contact the university Admissions Office very early on in this process and inform them that you are applying for a U.S.-CAEF Fellowship.
In order to be considered for a U.S.-CAEF Fellowship at AUCA, you must submit your test scores and completed application materials by the start of AUCA’s March admissions cycle (http://applyonline.auca.kg/). In order to be considered for a U.S.-CAEF Fellowship to KIMEP, you must submit your test scores and application materials no later than May10, (http://www.kimep.kz/admission/study/apply/how). U.S.-CAEF is not a an academic but a scholarship program. Fellowships are awarded only once applicants gain admission to either AUCA or KIMEP University before the final selection for the U.S.-CAEF.
