Office of Technology Commercialization invites scientists to actively participate in the Republican contest innovations “RATIONALIZATOR.KZ” – 2013, conducted by JSC “National Agency for Technological Development” supported by the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This competition is designed to stimulate innovative activity of the population and to promote innovative entrepreneurship, also show the importance of rationalization movement in the modernization of the economy, the real innovator heroes and their developments. The first such project was started in 2010 and showed by television format on the TV channel “Khabar”, and since 2011 the project goes on a national television channel “Kazakhstan”.
The winners of 2012: first place in the nomination “The best improvement suggestion of the Year” and a prize of 1.5 million KZT won by employees of the Kazakh Research Institute of Cotton (Zhetysay) Ibadulla Umbetaev and Orazbek Bigaraev, second and third places were awarded to Director of LLC “KSP steel” Vadim Savitsky (Pavlodar) and an employee of LLP “Atyrau Oil Refinery Factory” Ajgul Aytbaykyzy (Atyrau), received 1 million and 750 thousand KZT, relatively.
The winner in the nomination “The best support system of innovation at the enterprise” has become NJSC “Kazakhstan Temir Joly”.
The prize fund for 2013 is distributed as follows: 1st place – 2.5 million KZT, 2nd place – 1.5 million KZT and 3rd place – 1 mln. KZT. The total prize fund is 5 (five) million KZT.
Competition “RATIONALIZATOR.KZ” 2013 involves identifying and encouraging not only the innovators, but also enterprises introducing innovations. TV format of the contest consists of a series of programs dedicated to the winners of the competition and includes two nominations: “The best rationalization decision of the Year”, “The best support system for innovation at the enterprise.”
The competition is open to individuals who are developers of innovation proposals.
