Republican Scientific-Practical Conference “Dinmukhamed A. Kunayev and his era” is devoted to 100th anniversary of D.A. Kunayev.

Venue: Astana, L.N. Gumilyov ENU, Conference Hall of the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, February 10, 2012

Start: 9.00 am.

The objective of the Conference is scientific understanding of multifaceted activities of the great statesman, D.A. Kunayev, an objective assessment of his role and contribution to economic, socio-political, cultural development in Kazakhstan. Analysis of the scientific publications of D.A. Kunayev.

The programme of the Conference includes:

Discussion of the following issues:

-Major economic and socio-political range of the country during the reign of D. A. Kunayev;

Socialism in the fate of the Kazakh National intelligentsia;

-Stages of life and activity of the D.A. Kunayev;

-National policy of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan;

-The present and future of independent Kazakhstan.

The presentation of the book B. A.Tolepbayev, K. Tolepbayeva «Дінмұхамед Ахметұлы Қонаев – аса көрнекті мемлекеттік және саяси қайраткер».

Planned work of two sections of the Conference:

Section 1: “D.A. Kunaev and Kazakhstan: prerequisites for independence”

Section 2: “Personality in the history and lessons of creation”

Conference working languages – Kazakh, Russian.

Proceeding of the Conference is planned to be published.
